Preheat the billet at 380 - 420℃, then use free forging or die forging. Conduct annealing at 350 - 370℃ and acid pickling. |

Heat the billet at 400 - 430℃, perform die forging, then carry out quenching at 495 - 505℃ and aging at 160 - 180℃, followed by machining. |

Heat the billet at 410 - 440℃, combine extrusion and forging. Do stress relief annealing at 360 - 380℃, and then conduct non-destructive testing and surface polishing. |

Heat the billet at 420 - 450℃, use rotary forging or multi-directional die forging. Carry out normalizing at 470 - 490℃ and chemical cleaning. |
